We had an incredible romantic getaway with fantastic customer service who greeted us with smiles and took care of everything we needed. the clean and spacious room was an excellent base for exploring the area. We were very impressed with the key location being so close to everything we wanted to see and do.
The bathroom experience was slightly disappointing due to the sliding door needing specific alignments to close and the water pressure not being optimal. the hot water wasn't very hot on one occasion.

The customer service is great, with friendly staff always willing to help. The rooms are clean and spacious, perfect for a city break. the hotel's location is convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.
The bathroom sliding door doesn't work properly and the water pressure in the shower isn't strong enough. The hot water temperature is also not up to standard.

Our recent stay at a hotel around the Cikarang area was a delightful experience. the location was very convenient with plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. the room we stayed in was spacious and impeccably clean. the customer service was outstanding, with friendly staff always eager to assist. the breakfast provided exceeded our expectations, the food was delicious and fresh. We were also impressed with the diverse facilities available, such as the gym and pool.
The water pressure in the shower was not ideal and could be improved.
